AmaZulu centre-back Limbikani Mzava has hailed coach Benni McCarthy for the impact he has had on the team ahead of facing Kaizer Chiefs on Wednesday.
McCarthy replaced Ayanda Dlamini with the club struggling this season and has already made positive changes with the installation of Siyabonga Nomvethe as his second assistant.
He also brought back another club legend in Moeneeb Josephs as goalkeeper coach as well as Vasili Manousakis from Cape Town City, while engineering a 3-1 win over Chippa United and 1-1 draw with Bloemfontein Celtic last time out.
Speaking ahead of the clash at Jonsson Kings Park Stadium, Mzava said on KickOff: "So far so good, like I said, since I joined the team all the coaches have had their own tactics you know.
"I've been coached by Coach Dlamini, and I thought everything was okay with his tactics. And now Coach Benni comes in and I see how wants us to play, and we are adjusting to it well.
"And I can see with four or five games with him as the coach, I feel like we’re going to be perfect at the back."
