Cape Town - Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Pitso Mosimane admitted their match against AmaZulu would have been the perfect occassion for Tokelo Rantie to showcase his skills.

Sundowns ran out comfortable 3-0 winners in a match they dominated and were allowed plenty of space, especially in the wide areas where Rantie has been known to cause chaos among defenders.

"Tokelo, shame man it's a little bit of a sad story, he's missing the party, he's missing this kind of a game, open like this, he should be running and scoring to get his confidence," Mosimane told SuperSport after the match.

"You can see we're trying to bring Aubrey Ngoma back to the game, we're building him, his confidence, we don't want to bring him when its difficult."

Rantie has been absent for much of the season with plenty of rumours circulating about his off-field issues and continued absence from training.

While Mosimane has remained relatively tight-lipped on the situation, he did admit that discipline is a huge issue with Rantie.

"Tokelo is a sad case, we can't tolerate, if you're ill-disciplined you can't stay at Sundowns. We've got too many games and too much traveling to deal with and we don't even train, so we can't police and fight.

"If the guy, if his his life disturbs football it's a problem. If training sessions disturbs your life then it means you're doing something diifferent, it means it's better than coming to training so let him do that, that's it," he said.
