TS Galaxy have announced the signing of Pogiso Sanoka following his release from Maritzburg United.
The 28-year-old departed the Team of Choice alongside Keagan Buchanan, having joined the DStv Premiership side from ORBIT College in 2015.
This term the right-back made 10 appearances in all competitions for Maritzburg, but was deemed surplus to requirements by new boss Ernst Middendrorp.
He has signed a two-and-a-half year deal with Galaxy.
Club chairperson Tim Sukazi told the club's website: "We are welcoming Pogiso Sanoka at TS Galaxy. I believe he is a very talented player. He boasts a wealth of experience that a young club such as ours will need in a fullness of time.
"We are looking forward to a very successful working relationship with him and a great future that we are continuing to put together for our supporters."
Sanoka expressed his delight upon signing for the Rockets and revealed his goals for the team.
"TS Galaxy is a great team. It is a well structured. There's humility at the club," he said.
"I'm happy to be part of that environment. My goal is to see the club finishing in the top eight. I believe we can achieve that even though most of them are young but the desire and willingness is there to compete. We can achieve more if we keep working together."
