A comprehensive wrap of all the kick-off times, results and match reports for the midweek DStv Premiership fixtures:

FRIDAY, 5 MARCH

SuperSport United 0-0 TS Galaxy - MATCH REPORT

SuperSport United were held to a goalless draw by 10-man TS Galaxy in a DStv Premiership match played at the Lucas Moripe stadium on Friday.

It was a disappointing performance at home from Matsatsantsa as they lacked attacking impetus in the final third against a team that had Sphiwe Mahlangu sent off in the second half.

SATURDAY, 6 MARCH

Cape Town City 1-2 Stellenbosch

Stellenbosch FC moved further away from the relegation zone with a 2-1 victory over Cape Town City in the Cape derby on Saturday. Marvin de Goede and Ashley du Preez scored for Stellies, while Aubrey Ngoma scored for Cape Town.

Bloemfontein Celtic 1-1 Maritzburg United

It was honours even at the Dr Petrus Molemela Stadium on Saturday evening as Bloemfontein Celtic rallied from behind to clinch a 1-1 draw with Maritzburg United.

Maritzburg broke the deadlock on the stroke of half-time thanks to Thabiso Kutumela but Celtic produced an improved performance after the break, eventually drawing level through Menzi Ndwandwe's 71st-minute strike.

Chippa United 0-3 Orlando Pirates - MATCH REPORT

Orlando Pirates moved up to second place in the PSL standings after a 3-0 victory over Chippa United at the Nelson Mandela Bay stadium on Saturday.

Dean Hotto, Ben Motshwari and an own goal by Chippa defender Riaan Hanamub gave the Buccaneers a rather comfortable win in the Eastern Cape.

SUNDAY, 7 MARCH

Moroka Swallows 1-1 TTM

Swallows FC saw their winless streak in the Premiership extended to four games as Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila netted a late equaliser from the penalty spot to clinch a 1-1 draw.

The Dube Birds looked to be heading for a narrow victory thanks to Zaphaniah Mbokoma's first-half goal but TTM were awarded a spot-kick in the first minute of injury time and Alfred Ndengane made no mistake, firing the ball into the back of the net to rescue a draw for his side.

Black Leopards 1-3 Golden Arrows

Golden Arrows returned to the winning trail as goals from Knox Mutizwa, Seth Parusnath and Velemseni Ndwandwe secured a 3-1 victory over Black Leopards at Thohoyandou Stadium on Sunday.

Leopards drew first blood early in the first half thanks to Lifa Hlongwane but Arrows drew level on the half-hour mark through Mutizwa before Parusnath and Ndwandwe added their names to the scoresheet after the break.
