Westfalia Avocado oil is a great source of Vit. E. It’s becoming more and more popular due to its many health benefits as a cooking oil, but did you know it can be an asset in your beauty routine as well?

Here are some tips on how to use Westfalia Plain Avocado Oil in your everyday beauty routine.

  • Add 2-3 Tbsp of Westfalia Plain Avocado Oil to your bath water. Add your favourite bath salts and essential oils for extra decadence and allow your skin to soak up the oils for 15 mins. You’ll feel like a goddess and you won’t need to moisturize with cream for days afterwards. This will also soothe your skin if you suffer from Eczema.

  • Apply Westfalia Plain Avocado Oil to your hair for a nourishing hair mask. Allow it to soak in for 2 hours (or overnight, just remember to wrap your head in an old towel so you don’t ruin your pillow with the oils), and then wash it our with your normal everyday shampoo.

  • Add Westfalia Plain Avocado Oil to your hand creams and body creams for an extra boost of Vit E

  • For the pregnant ladies! Apply Westfalia Plain Avocado Oil directly on your skin to help prevent stretch marks.
