
- Cleanse feet in a tub with an oil-based cleanser then pat dry.
- Pour Epsom salt in a tub of warm water and dip your feet for 10 minutes. You’ll feel your skin softening. Rinse feet and pat dry with clean towel.
- Take a pumice stone to the problem area and gently rub away the hardened skin.
- Spread a callus cream on the bottom of the feet and wrap with plastic cling wrap for 10 minutes then remove plastic and rinse off the product.
- Then finally, moisturise feet with a thick layer pf petroleum jelly and put on cotton socks to retain the moisture while you sleep.
