Nothing's worse than waking up at a guy's place feeling not so fresh. If there’s any chance your night will end up in a sleepover, pack just enough in your handbag to be prepared. Here’s what to pack:
Condoms
Ladies, it’s 2017! Bring them yourself - don’t assume it a guy’s responsibility to provide condoms. You are also responsible for your own health. Plus, you don’t want him to play the “I’ll pull out” game and when you say no. You might end up getting the awkward cuddle until morning.
Underwear
Pack an extra pair of panties. They take up very little space in your bag and a fresh pair is going to make you feel so much better in the morning.
Wipes
Make-up wipes are essential so you don't wake up looking messy. Also, it just feels better to leave the house not using some boy’s face wash to remove make-up. You don’t want to get your make-up on his pillow.
Minty breath strips
I would say toothbrush, but let's be real, you’re not going to take your time to do that at a stranger’s house. Hopefully he has some mouthwash, but if not, minty breath strips are compact, powerful and dissolve quickly.
Lipstick and mascara
You don’t need your whole make-up bag, just these two essentials are fine. The mascara will brighten up tired eyes in the morning. And a moisturising lipstick will add colour while soothing lips chapped from kissing the whole night. With these simple tools, you’ll look bright and fresh in the morning, without looking overdone.
Flats
If you come prepared, the next morning can be a quite pleasant. Trust me – you don’t want to go back home in your six-inch stilettos. Foldable ballet pumps can do the trick.
