DJ Zinhle shared a picture of her post baby body on her Instagram page. The artist also shared her secrets to snapping back withing 6 months with her fans and here are some valuable tips that we leant:
1. She found an easy-to-follow exercise programme online, downloaded an app or found a personal trainer. 2. She’s at the gym five times a week. 3. The DJ listens to motivational talks everyday to help her stick to her workout programme. 4. Surrounds herself with positive and like-minded people. 5. The artist is also mindful of the things she exposes herself to. Avoid negativity from the media. 6. An exercise programme needs to be accompanied by a healthy and balanced diet. Exercise alone is not enough to achieve the results you desire.
