These are the common habbits to change

Open- ended pillow cases

It’s advisable that you use pillows with zips or bottons. If they aren’t, chances of the pillow slipping out are very high. This will expose your face to dirt from the pillow.

Slipping sheets

Movers at night can attest to the fact that sheets slip from the mattress every other night. When your skin has direct contact with the mattress, it leaves you vulnerable to catching bed bacteria which can lead to skin infections.

Taking food to the bedroom

A good snuggle is always a good idea and even better when you have a snack. Eating in bed can leave crumbs which will invite all sorts of bugs to hop on to your bed.

Drooling

If you’re aware that you drool then take necesssary measures by changing pillow cases on a daily or flip sides to avoid getting drool all over your face.

Sleeping naked

Choosing to sleep naked is all well and good but pay special attention to your pillow. Sleeping on the same pillow that you sometimes put in between your thighs and under your bum can lead serious eye infections.

Storing pyjamas with dirty clothes

We all have that one item of clothing that gets washed after a couple of wears like jeans. Avoid transferring germs by storing clean pj’s separate from all your other clothes.
