- Preheat oven to 180°C.?
- Heat butter in a pan and add apples, sugar and cinnamon. Cook for five minutes and set aside.
- Roll the pastry out and place the apples in the middle of the pastry.?
- Fold the pastry towards the apples, making sure not to completely cover the apples.?
- Brush the pastry with egg wash and sprinkle a tablespoon of sugar over the pie.
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
- Serve warm with cream or custard.

- Heat oil and add onion and garlic. Cook for five minutes.
- Add spinach and season with salt and pepper. Cook for a further ?five minutes. ?
- Add feta cheese, remove from heat and set aside. ?
- Brush the phyllo sheets with butter and place them on top of ?each other to form one sheet. Cut into 12 squares. ?

- Heat oil in a saucepan, add onion and celery and cook for five minutes on medium heat. Add mince and tomato paste and cook for seven minutes.
- Add frozen vegetables, beef stock and herbs. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Pour the mince sauce into an oven-proof baking dish, top with sliced potatoes and bake in oven at 180°C for 40 minute.
