The Bring It On beauty, who is married to basketball superstar Dwyane Wade, has been plotting the new venture with her pal Faith Rein Haslem, the wife of Wade's former Miami Heat teammate Udonis Haslem, so they can incorporate their shared love of shoes and shopping.

"Gabrielle Union and I are working on a women's shoe store," Faith tells The Coveteur. "It's in the very early works, but we're definitely taking steps in planning. Baby steps, but that's definitely the goal."

"It's going to be a concept store/women's sneaker store, but with a fashion angle," she continues. "It's not necessarily about having (Nike Air) Jordans per se, it's going to be more the fashion-y thing. I think nice sneakers are a mainstay at this point."

Faith and Gabrielle have yet to lock down a target launch date, but they have already picked out the perfect name for the store, Borrowed From the Boys.

"Our goal is to have a nice selection," Faith adds. "Miami is ready for that, I think... I don't know when this is going to happen, but I'll keep you updated."

Gabrielle will be able to tap into her husband's retail knowledge after Dwyane launched his fourth Wade brand sports store in China in July (16). He also boasts his own range of sneakers, titled Way of Wade.

The actress will have to make regular trips to Miami for the joint venture with Faith as Dwyane recently left the Miami Heat and signed with the Chicago Bulls in his native Illinois.
