We all love a cheat day but what if it was actually good for your body? Well you can do the following tricks to strengthen your body without the dread of going to gym.
Brush your teeth on one leg

Sit tall while driving
Not only does it improve your posture but you can work your core. Bring your chest and shoulders up, tighten your abs, and reduce the curve of your spine.
Hip stretches while at your desk
Just push the chair to the side and kneel on one knee in front of your desk. Rotate your hip and hold it while you check your emails. Five minutes per side goes quickly during the workday. You can do it 2 or 3 times.
Squat while you wait for coffee
While waiting for the kettle to boil, you can squat. Squatting feels like hard work at first, but for extended tasks you quickly note how it moves the stress from your back to your glutes.
Jumping jacks while watching TV
During the ad break why not do jumping jacks? You can do as many as you can during each break and you’ll be pumping up your heart rate while burning some serious calories.
