  1. Target Problem Areas First
Identify your hair concerns and dedicate time and effort into fixing the problem areas. Focus on different issues at a time and give yourself a minimum of six months per goal.
  1. Track Your Inches
Typically, hair grows at a rate of 2 ½ cm a month, meaning you should have accumulated 30cm of length per year, taking necessary trims into consideration.
  1. Focus on Hair Health
A number of women tend to focus on hair length instead of health, please don’t do this. Stop holding onto lifeless, damaged ends as this will cause more problems in the end. Allow your stylist to take of 1cm or so regularly.
  1. Be Patient and Consistent
Establishing a routine for your mane is the crucial element in growing and maintaining a thriving head of hair. Have realistic expectations with regards to attaining length, hair heath is journey not a race ladies.
