“I'll be doing talks on how to get closer to your first gig” – Thapelo Mokoena

Want to get your foot into the industry and clinch your first gig?

Media personality Thapelo Mokoena wants to help. On Monday, the star, who wears many hats including filmmaker, actor and producer, posted a video on his social media pages calling for anyone interested in breaking into the entertainment industry to assist in having his video reach 5 000 likes.

Speaking to TRUE LOVE, Thapelo says once the 5 000 likes are reached across all his social media platforms, he’ll then launch a specific programme for newbies in the industry.

He says:

“I'll be doing creative and innovative step by step talks on how to get closer to your first gig. And proceed with more editions till we get to being on the job. So it's a series that begins at #BookYour1stGig all the way to #BeingOnTheJob to #HandlingYourBrand to #MaximizingOntheExposure to #PersonalBranding to #SpinOffs #FinancialStrategiesforYourBrand etc.
