
Tiramisu ice cream cake Serves: 8? INGREDIENTS 1 cup strong black coffee (no sugar) 2 Tbsp whisky? 1 packet finger biscuits ?2 Tbsp cocoa powder, sifted ?6 cups chocolate ice cream ?4 cups vanilla ice cream METHOD
- Line a deep square baking tin with baking paper. Mix the coffee and whisky in a bowl. Dip the biscuits in the mixture and place in the bottom of the tin. ?
- Scoop 2 cups of chocolate ice-cream into a small bowl, and mix in cocoa powder. Spoon three scoops over biscuits and level. Spoon rest of chocolate mixture over and place in the freezer for 10 minutes. ?
- Dip more biscuits in coffee mixture ?and lay over the chocolate ice cream, then spoon the remaining chocolate ice-cream over it and level in out. Smooth the vanilla ice-cream over the top. ?
- Place in freezer overnight. Remove and leave to stand out of the freezer for about 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with sifted cocoa powder. ?
