Now, Kim is set to make a splash in the beauty world by launching her own brand, and announced on her Instagram page on Tuesday (13Jun17) that KKW Beauty will officially be available from 21 June, with a link directing users to

The 36-year-old also shared some details about the namesake line during an appearance at the Forbes Women's Summit in New York City.

"I am launching my own make-up brand," Kim told Entertainment Tonight at the event on Tuesday. "We're launching with a contour kit, so it's going to be cream contour and highlighters in this collection with great brushes. I'm so excited about it."

It is also believed that the brunette star will launch a new fragrance by the end of the year.

By putting her stamp on her own make-up line, Kim follows in the footsteps of her younger sister Kylie Jenner, who has found success with her brand Kylie Cosmetics. Kylie first started out with her signature lip kits, but the range has quickly expanded to include blush, highlighters, and eyeshadows.

Mother-of-two Kim even collaborated with Kylie on a Kylie Cosmetics line recently, with the KKW x Kylie line comprising four of Kim's favourite nude lipstick shades.

And the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star shared that she loved the experience of formulating her own make-up alongside her entrepreneurial sibling.

"Kylie, we did our lipstick collab together, our lip kit, and she was so amazing to work with," she smiled. "I am so proud of her."
