10ml dry yeast
60ml warm milk
450g plain flour
5ml baking powder
150ml low fat plain yoghurt
1 egg, beaten
15ml vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
Mix yeast, milk, sugar and leave to become frothy.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Make a well in the flour and fold in the yeast, milk, yoghurt, egg and oil.
Knead the dough well and tightly cover bowl. Keep the bowl in a warm place until it doubles in size.
Break dough into tennis ball size and roll out on a floured surface.
Place in a lightly greased tray and bake for 10 to – 15 minutes.
Butter when they come out of the oven and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
