accreditation

The Union Bar is getting together with J&B Scotch Whisky to bring their signature brand of pop-up entertainment, innovative cocktails and flair for turning any space into a fully functioning bar back to Johannesburg!

A worthy collaboration that will play on the J&B brand’s legendary 42 single malt and grain whiskies, and bringing the subtle, smooth and balanced character to the fore whilst mixing it up with some of the best mixologists in the country, this union is sure to get the fans of both brands together in a space made for entertainment.

The venue is one that The Union Bar fans know very well, and as requested on social media, is back by popular demand. The Norman Goodfellows Dispatch Warehouse, on the corner of Chaplin and Oxford roads, Illovo, will lend its unique charm to the bold red, yellow and green of the J&B brand.

A special launch event was planned for the 22nd of June 2017, with the official public launch on Friday, 23 June, and will run until 9 September only. We were lucky to be invited to the special opening, see who we run into below.
