Faux locks can either be semi-permanent or temporary. For the temporary type, a synthetic yarn is woven around the hair. They can be installed on relaxed or natural hair. As the hair grows, it intertwines with the fibre. When deciding on the texture you desire, you need to consider the strength of your hair. Yarn and synthetic fibres are lightweight, and are perfect for people with lighter hair textures or relaxed hair. Wash and condition at least once a week, use a scalp conditioner daily, and invest in a refresher spray to keep them smelling fresh
