When going to the gym, always have a towel and a water bottle. Try putting some amino acid in your water and sip that throughout your training session.
You should also buy supplements that aren’t too hectic. A good protein mix will be fine. A complete multi-vitamin pill is also a good way to get your body going before strenuous exercise.
Since you’re new at the gym, it’s best to begin with classes. Check schedules on when classes are and pick what works for you.
