400g strawberries, washed
½ pineapple, peeled and diced
1 box strawberry jelly
175ml thick cream
6 store-bought meringues
60ml berry jam
20ml warm water
Take 300g strawberries and cut each strawberry into four pieces.
Mix the jelly according to instructions on the package. Do not refrigerate.
Take half of the cut strawberries and mix them with the diced pineapple.
Place the mixed fruit halfway into short whiskey glasses. Pour jelly mixture over the fruit, making sure to cover the fruit slightly.
Refrigerate the fruit jellies for two hours until set.
Take the other half of the cut strawberries and mix with thick cream and broken up meringues.
In a bowl, mix jam with warm water to loosen it slightly. Set aside.
Top set fruit jellies with strawberry and meringue mixture, fresh strawberries and drizzle with jam.
