Texts that could potentially end your relationship

What’s worse is sending a text that can leave you picking up broken pieces of your relationship.

“My friend’s man…”

Comparing your man to another is the worst thing you could ever do, worse if you do it over text. No man wants to hear about how great another guy is. This makes him wonder if you’d rather be with the other guy over him.

“Why haven’t you texted me back?”

This happens after you blow up his phone the entire day. Have timing as to when you should expect immediate responses. Blowing up someone’s phone when he’s at work or out with friends can be annoying for anyone. A dating coach, Harris O’Malley, says on his blog “good text conversation, is like a tennis match. When you serve the first text, wait for him to return the ball and send one back”.

Sarcastic messages

A relationship adviser, Stephan Labossiete says, tone gets lost in text and leaves it up to the receiver to assume the attitude in which you are talking to them. You could be meaning well but he might take offence to it.

“Heart emojis after the first date”

You don’t want to come out as forward, especially after a first date. This text can end your relationship before it even starts. Take it slow.

“Do you really love me”

It sounds clingy and desperate, so try avoiding it at all times. It gets even more awkward when your man has been doing all he can to show how much you mean to him.

Nudes with your face in it

It’s all fun and games until things go sore and he decides to leak them on social media. If you can’t fight the urge to send these then make sure that your face isn’t in the shot.
