Not only do they keep skin and hair hydrated and contain essential vitamins and nutrients, but they are easily absorbed into skin, and smell gorgeous too.

Many of the new oils are multitasking which makes moisturising hair and body a breeze, meaning you can shave minutes off your morning routine, and get glossier hair and skin into the bargain. Applying them right after you towel off from your shower, while your skin is still slightly damp, will help them to penetrate quicker. You can even use a little facial oil in combination with your foundation to help blend it into cheekbones, to give a perfect bronzy look for summer.

Also by using organic, or natural body oils, you can reduce the amount of chemical nasties you expose your body to on a daily basis. Read on for our guide to body oils.
