This says your partner thinks highly of you hence the comparison to somene of royalty. Your partner is willing to put out all stops just so you have everything you want and need.

My love

This term was commonly used in shakespear and holds a lot of romance and can be easily dropped in a conversation to smoothen up your partner. If this is your regualr pet name then your partner has deep feelings for you.

If you’ve been in the dating scene, you’ve probably been called this by a couple of men. It shows a rather casual level of appreciation. Your partner is attracted to you but the bulk of it based on your physical aspects than anything else.

Honey, darling

Most of our parents used this name quite often so it’s very traditional. Saying this only in public can be just to show the affection he has towards you, but in private it means the honeymoon stage is over, however he’s in it for keeps.

With this one it’s all in the name. You might need to question why the person is with you. Whether he uses this in private or public he could just be with you for that sex appeal you ooze.

Pet names

These include the likes of pumpkin, sugar, bunny,or cupcake and unfortanetly they aren’t as cute as they may sound. Your partner might just be seeing you as a casual fling rather than a long term commitment.

No pet name

Be worried if you aren’t called by any pet name. If the relationship is still new then they might still be trying to know you in order to choose the right name.
