Here’s a recap of the common ones :

Don’t go back to old boyfriends – Mothers will never miss a chance to remind you why your past relationship ended in the first place.

Demand to be treated like a lady – This means, you’re not going to be opening doors or carrying heavy bags for yourself.

Don’t be an easy catch – Men wonder why you’re so difficult, you learnt it from your mama. If a man truly loves you, he will go through all measures just to be with you.

Be picky –  Every date won’t turn into a relationship and that’s the way it should be.

Don’t go near married men – Should she bust you with one, be ready to hear lengthy bible verses to help you repent.

Listen carefully – You should perfect the skill to read in between the lines. It’s not about what he’s saying, but what he’s not saying.

Always have stashed-away money – A women must forever be prepared, so for those rainy days, always have an account he doesn’t know of.

Don’t show him you love him too much –  This is quiet tricky because how do you tell your heart to stop loving when it reaches a certain level?

Always bring cash – If you go on dates frequently, this tip should still be coming in handy even today. You don’t want to be caught standed should your date go sideways.

There’s nothing for free – Many would argue that this isn’t always case but mothers would disagree. They believe when a man does something for you, they probably want something in return.

You come first – Before giving your heart to a man make sure you’ve done the same for yourself. There isn’t a man who’ll love you more than you love yourself.
