Cheeks

We often take it for granted how much dirt is on our cellphones, and that is one of the many reasons we have breakouts on our cheeks. Another reason could be that your pillow might be up for a wash or your consumption of sugary treats needs to decrease.

Forehead

A common place for many, this could be a result of wearing dirty hats, or not thoroughly rinsing shampoo from your hair. If you have a poor diet with irregular sleeping patterns try changing that, it could be beneficial to the health of your skin. People with digestive system issues also experience this and it is advisable to incease your water intake.

Jawline

Often appears during menstruation, this is a sign of hormonal imbalances and flactuations. Even though it hasn’t been scientifically proven, a jawline breakout can let you determine whether your’re ovulating or not depending on which side of your jawline the pimple has appeared.

Between eyes and nose

Constipaton and high blood pressure is one of the causes. However if it’s directly on one of your eyebrows, it could be that you’re allergic to something you ate or you are lactose intolerant. Increase your water intake and cut out sugar, smoking and alcohol.
