Robert Phipps, a body language expert, conducted a survey and results showed that there’s a link between personality and sleeping positions.
Lying on your back with legs apart and arms strectched up to your head means you’re a star fish sleeper. You’re a loyal friend, and are forever willing to help your loved ones. The most unconventional position, you will realise that people would rather take the couch rather than sleeping with you because you can get a bit rough.
You sleep lying on one side, legs stretched out straight and arms on your side. Log sleepers are trusting, and social. However this isn’t always good as they can end up being naive.
It seems to be the most comfortable and a favourite amongst many. This is when you sleep on either side with your legs curled up. You show toughness on the outside but on the inside you’re a softy and very sensitive.
You enjoy sleeping on your stomach, head faced on either side and hands under the pillow. It’s all in the name – you’re a free spirit, and very sociable. The downside is that deep down you’re a very nervous person who doesn’t take critism very well.
Sleeping faced up with your arms on the sides. You take yourself very serious, just as soldiers do. You have high expectations in everything you do, be it personally or professionally.
Sleeping faced down with one leg bent says you have an unpredictable personality. Your mood can change from good to bad in a minute and you often faces challenges when making decisions.
