947’s popular morning drive show has rebranded as ‘Anele and the Club on 947’. The refreshed show promises more laughs, more fun and more music to keep the show’s radio and online streaming audiences entertained and connected to the pulse of Joburg. The show’s new pay-off line is ‘Joburg’s Most Fun Breakfast Show’.

The show includes some new features, one of which is ‘Joburg Jury’ - a daily co-creation segment where Joburgers suggest humorous solutions to those everyday problems at the heart of living in Jozi. Another inclusion is additional news headlines on the half hour between 6 and 9 am, delivered by Thembekile Mrototo.

Bold, cheeky and side-splittingly funny – Anele Mdoda needs little introduction. Together with her team, she’s Joburg’s wake-up call, infusing weekday mornings with her non-stop energy and razor-sharp wit. When she’s not in front of the microphone, Anele is most likely hanging out with her son, trying out a fab new recipe, immersed in a book or on set shooting another TV show.

Hang out with Anele and the Club on 947 every Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 09:00.
