Jeans

We all have done the “jean dance” by trying to squeeze into our favourite pair. If you’re struggling to zip up, maybe it’s time to get a new pair.

Shoes

Stop being self-conscious about your shoe size. A small shoe will eventually cause your feet to swell. Ill-fitting shoes will cause major damage to your feet in the long run.

Underwear

It’s important to get measured for your bra size, even if you have been wearing bras for a long time. Don’t go for anything smaller as it will show when you’re dressed. You don’t want a bra that’s digging into your skin or one that’s hanging too loose and offers no support.

Many of us are also guilty of buying sports bras that are way too tight. Sometimes there are no larger sizes available, and we just settle for a smaller size thinking that we’ll lose weight anyway.  Instead of buying the wrong size, rather ask the store to order your correct size, or try buying online.

And if you’re  looking for a smooth finish for your bodycon outfit, ensure that you buy panties that fit properly. Ill-fitting underwear will make you itch and pinch you in all the wrong places.
