Musician Sho Madjozi is known for making catchy music, embracing African culture and her colourful persona and style. Now, some of her biggest fans, which are children, are in for a treat.

The John Cena hit-maker has launched a children’s traditional clothing range just in time for heritage day. The range features traditional clothing items inspired by the Tshivenda, Xitsonga and Sepedi cultures. The items include the xibelani skirts, vusenga bracelets and traditional doeks for children aged 4-12 years old.

According to the website, all the products are made locally and more cultures will be added to the clothing collection over time.

“Our mini heritage project gives children an opportunity to celebrate their wonderful cultures while also supporting the women who make traditional attire. Kids are free to explore any culture they like and all the proceeds will go directly to the women makers,” a statement on the website reads.

“As it grows, we hope to include more ethnic groups and styles. For now, happy heritage day! To the future stars, you are so worth it, and long live the beauty and creativity of those who came before us."

Taking to her Twitter page on Tuesday, the musician revealed that there are only two days to shop the collection before orders for Heritage Day close.

“The girls are serious.Only two days left to order your mini heritage outfits!! Order at,” she wrote.
