‘I don’t like my body’
If you don’t love your body, no-one else is going to do that for you. Constantly bringing yourself down will eventually take it’s toll. You’ll lack confidence in everything you do including how you perform in bed. Get over your insecurities and watch how you’ll have the best sex of your life.
‘I have kids’
Children are the most overused excuse. But, what you don’t realise is that mothers are the most hard working people on earth. Sex should be your relaxing time and way of taking care of yourself because we know how in process of being a mom you’re most likely to forget about yourself.
‘There’s no time’
There can never be enough hours in a day to geth through everything you need to do, it’s a matter of compromising. If it means having to miss you favourite show for you to get some action then so be it.
‘I don’t feel well’
Unless you have broken bones and are unable to move, there’s always a position you can try to get around the injury. You might get surprised at how better you’ll feel afterwards.
‘I’m on my period’
To avoid messing your favourite linen, rather hop in the shower and do your thing. Unless your man minds, there’s nothing stopping you from enjoying sex during your period.
