Feedback: Mental Health Mondays

A very safe space, a place of solace, an uplifting session, informative and a fruitful hour-were some of the feedback received after the first Mental Health Mondays on the 15th of June. Some felt an hour was not enough as they were enjoying the session and learning from experts who spoke from experience. The event was attended by 94 people who loved every minute of it and had raving reviews for our host and the “talented panel”.

TRUE LOVE editor Mbali Soga led the session joined by actress and mental health advocate Dawn Thandeka King, Life Coach Yako Jackson, Tshidi Wa Ga Pila- a neuro linguistic practitioner and Itebogeng Phalatse who is a naturopathic physician and holistic healer.  The panel tackled the mental health issue including giving practical survival tools to the audience who were left asking for more. There is no doubt that the audience walked away with valuable knowledge and reminded that self-care is crucial even during difficult times.

Don’t miss the next session on 27 July 2020 as the experts will be delving even more deeper into the issue.
