It’s almost bikini season and while others have been fetching their bodies during the lockdown period, some of us didn't show the same commitment.

1/ Sanelisiwe Mbambo
Popularly known as Get fit with Sanerie, Sanelisiwe Mbambo is the perfect inspiration for a mother that just gave birth and wants to get back into shape. After giving birth to a baby girl in December 2019, the fitness bunny has shared her post-partum weight loss journey with her followers – complete with workouts that even involved the baby.
2/ Obakeng Makapane
For those of you who may have gym anxiety or don't necessarily enjoy the gym at all, Obakeng Makapane is the perfect person to follow on socials!
The plant-based fitness entrepreneur started a 'working out from home' series during the lockdown. All you need to exercise with her is yourself and common household items. She also shares her workouts on her page so you can do them at any time that you want.
Obakeng also has a healthy eating page, @vegan_obi which shares healthy vegan recipes that you can try.
3/ Juanita Khumalo
Voted Cosmopolitan’s Best Health & Wellness Influencer in 2019, Juanita Khumalo is one of the most enjoyable fitness influencers in the country.
Under her company, Trove wellness, Juanita hosts events such as boot camps as well as mental health seminars. On her page, expect to find effective workouts that you can do both at the gym and at home, healthy meal ideas, fitness tips, fun challenges and lots more.
