Singer and beauty mogul Rihanna took to her social media platforms to announce that her beauty brands Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin will soon be available for sale in eight African countries.
In her announcement, she says: "I’ve been waiting for this moment!! @fentybeauty & @fentyskin are finally dropping in AFRICA!!! Botswana, Ghana, Kenya, Namibia, Nigeria, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe...we comin at ya May 27th and that’s just the beginning!!! #FentyAfrica".
Following the announcement, the Fenty Beauty Twitter page shared that the products will be available from Edgars and ARC Store, from 27 May 2022.

Rihanna launched Fenty Beauty in 2017 and, apart from her already being well-loved for her music, garnered more love and support when she revealed makeup brand would produce 40 different foundation shades, making it one of the most inclusive brands at the time.

Now, fans of Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin - who have for years pleaded for the brand to come to South Africa - can breathe easier because, previously, getting access to the products from the popular brands internationally cost an arm and a leg.
