Among the touching messages is one letter penned by TRUELOVE's current cover star and media mogul, Basetsana Kumalo. Taking to her Instagram page, Kumalo wrote that while she didn't have the words to say, she will try.

"What I know for sure is that he loved you deeply, intensely, passionately, and ever so beautifully," she wrote.

"Yours was a union made in heaven. The joy was palpable. The entire nation and people across borders feel your pain, but we will never know the intensity of your broken heart."

Read the rest of Basetsana Kumalo's letter:

Through it all, you have been The Queen that you are. You will carry your husband’s legacy as he watches over you as your special angel. With your grace, dignity, courage, wisdom, strength and kindness, you have it in you to keep the light shining on your children and grandson.

The two of you have been exceptional examples of a love that is so beautiful to witness….you loved him so consciously and he loved you consciously, know this for sure that he’s got your back…he watches over you and your family.

You do not walk alone Motho waka @connie_ferguson many hearts are holding your heart and your hand.

“The Lord bless you and keep you;The Lord make His face shine upon you, and be gracious to you; The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace."

I love you.
