Raising the bar even higher this year, Lerato’s husband did not disappoint and spoilt his wife with a luxury boutique hotel, spa and restaurant.

Revealing her extravagant gift, the TV and radio personality presenter recorded an Instagram live video, which was captured by a Twitter user.

In the live video that was watched by thousands of fans, Lerato takes viewers through her surprise, which began with her being fetched from their house in a blue Mercedez Benz G-wagon and being blindfolded as soon as she gets inside the car.

They continue to drive to the venue of the hotel where they are met with four helicopters that keep flying over the venue. Lerato was then led to the building where she cuts the ribbon and signed ownership papers.

Taking to her Instagram page, the smitten radio host posted an image of the hotel’s restaurant and revealed how her husband had renovated the hotel.

“Renovations officially done. I was kept away from seeing the process,” she wrote before revealing what she was naming the restaurant.

“Ladies and Gents I introduce to you my new baby, @12onhillel naming the restaurant, AMOR meaning Lerato, Thando, Love. You’re all welcome,” she concluded the post.
