Wedding season is in full swing this Spring and this past long weekend saw a number of couples across the country taking their relationships to the next level by tying the knot.

In a surprising turn of events, actress, author and former TRUELOVE cover star, Rami Chuene, announced that she also got married this past weekend. She tied the knot in a private ceremony. 

Making the announcement on Twitter on Monday morning, the ISONO actress posted a picture of herself wearing a gorgeous white wedding gown and veil which were created by local designer, Tomi Rikhotso.

“I also attended a wedding this past long weekend…,” she captioned the image.

According to a comment made by The River’s creative producer, Bonga Percy Vilakazi on Twitter, Rami had apparently made guests sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to the wedding.

“So sad I missed it, Rami! But when I heard about the NDA part…Ja. Congratulations!,” he wrote.
