Musician Ciara and her husband Russell Wilson recently launched a his and hers fragrance and now they’re expanding their empire with a fashion house.

Teaming up with US retail legend, Christine Day, the couple has launched a fashion house that will focus on doing good. In the caption of an IG TV video that Ciara posted to make the announcement, she explained the aim of the The House of LR&C brand.

“Welcome to The House of LR&C @DangeRussWilson. It’s our goal to create Good Brands that embody love, respect & care. We hope our words, and more importantly our actions, inspire you. #itbeginswithone @thehouseoflrc.” she wrote.

According to Vogue, the retail concept focuses on giving back and merges the couple’s sartorial interests with their philanthropic commitments. Though the project will eventually encompass multiple labels, it currently only features their sustainable streetwear line, Human Nation.

A percentage of the profits from the line will be donated to Russel Wilson’s Why Not You Foundation which is centred on children’s health, education and fighting poverty.

Speaking to Essence Magazine, Christine Day, co-founder and president of The House of LR&C had this to say:  “the world needs brands that are an extension of us all, ones that mirror our values and strengthen our planet, our people and our communities.”

Let's take a look at some of the items from the Human Nation line:
