The Miss South Africa 2022 crowning pageant kicked off with a vibrant red carpet where celebrities, guests, former pageant crown holders and artists showed off their ensembles ahead of the main show.

While the theme for the evening was ‘Red Carpet Glam/Formal’, everyone went all out and topped off their looks with stunning makeup and hair. The star-studded red carpet looked vibrant and was filled with colourful pieces that consisted of draped gowns, sequined dresses, feathers, sparkling embellishments and a variety of textures.
