According to Psychology Today, burnout can be described as a state of chronic stress that leads to physical and emotional exhaustion, cynicism and detachment as well as feelings of ineffectiveness and lack of accomplishment.
With just less than two months of the year coming to an end, it is not uncommon for most people to feel completely burnt out – including those who’ve been working from home.
