Beyoncé to receive Humanitarian award the 2020 BET Awards

The ‘Black Parade’ hit-maker will be honoured with a special accolade at this year’s ceremony for her ongoing contributions to Philanthropy.

Beyoncé will be primarily honoured for her Bey-Good initiative, through which she has raised money for multiple courses, including supporting young women in colleges.

She has also launched a multi-year partnership with UNICEF to create Bey-Good Burundi which aims to bring safe water and sanitation to the small East African country. Her work includes creating the home schooling scholars awards program and the #Ididmypart mobile testing initiative.
