Kelly Osbourne loses 38kg after she had gastric surgery and quit alcohol

Kelly Osbourne is not one of those celebrities who is unwilling to share how they shed weight. The 35-year-old actress, singer and former reality star surprised followers recently with her new slimmer look.

She then appeared on the "Hollywood Raw" podcast to talk about her new look, revealing that it was partly a result of weight-loss surgery.

She had gastric sleeve surgery two years ago to change the shape of her stomach.

"I did it, I'm proud of it," she says. According to CNN, she stated that she would "never ever ever lie about it" and does not care what anyone thinks about it. "It is the best thing I've ever done," Kelly says.

She also stopped drinking alcohol, went to therapy, and started meditation.Now, that seems like a holistic approach to weight loss.
