Here is your forecast for 2020: Click on your star sign

There is no hiding behind the wings of the stage this year. The spot light is on you and whether you are ready or not, life is encouraging you to take the lead role in your life. This may be the chance to be recognized in the career you are currently in or the chance to expand your horizons and take up new opportunities that promote your status.

This is no easy coasting cruise… 2020 expects a lot from you and it will be hard work, commitments and roles that represent authority and responsibility. There are no short cuts or safety nets.  You make a wrong move – you fall. You do the hard work – you get the rewards – as simple as that.

Power is the key word. This can be power issues you need to overcome, or the chance to transform and become an inspiring and powerful leader you know you can be. Let go of ego games and bring in honesty, integrity, authenticity and gratitude and you will be a winner.

There is a good chance your talents and credentials get noticed this year, so network and share your CV with the world and you may be pleasantly surprised with the results, promotions and opportunities you can attract. Watch out for burning the candle at both ends. This will be extra strong around September –November where you may be forced to slow down or retrace your steps.

Financially you are still playing the gambling game of risk and you may invest a lot of time, energy or money into something that may only give you the rewards by 2021, but if you are working wisely and not impulsively, your hard work will pay off in the long run.Change is a strong theme for 2020 so your status may change – professionally or personally.

Relationships can take strain as you have a lot on your plate. Stick to the middle path to keep the flow between your private and public roles. January and late June-mid July can be testing times in this regard. You have what it takes to be a survivor, a leader and an inspiring teacher. Go for it!
