Tertius encourages Maya to do her own investigation, and Quinton is convinced that he knows exactly who is responsible for René’s dilemma. Danny realises what Chanel’s expectation is, while a ruthless Rian uses new information to his advantage.

Naomi has another suspect in her cross hairs. A phone is not the only problem in the distant unknown, and Annelize wants to give Rian some of his own medicine – but At has another idea. It is not only the index patient that is identified, while forgiveness doesn’t have to be a bitter pill to swallow. Cambodia lands on the cards, and an anaesthetist’s bill deepens the riddle.

Rian suddenly becomes interested in a new player.The death of another patient sends shockwaves through the corridors of Binneland Clinic, and medical identity fraud lands in the spotlight. At receives an interesting invite, while Annelize’s solution advances her own agenda. Louis is thrown in the deep end, and Verhoef Street is causing Chanel concern.

Annelize voices her concerns towards At, and Chanel tries to figure out Danny’s timeline. Okkie warns Naomi about the next few weeks, while René pays a visit to the police. Wimpie is concerned about Chanel, and Tertius’s longing intensifies. Louis realizes that the new Nagskof is going to cause a few sleepless nights.

Maya is thrown by Chanel’s behaviour, and Eben comes to realisation about what he will have to do next. René’s concerns are influencing her work, while Rian tries to disrupt Binneland’s steady climb to success. Naomi begins to feel as if she is not part of Louis’ plans.
