A blast from the past is back in town, back in business and determined to get back on track. Yvonne is confronted by a past she's been running from for decades. Kgosi and Kabza come to a staggering realisation that threatens their very freedom. Another blast from the past returns, claiming she is back to take care of unfinished business.

Yvonne tries to escape her memories but they keep calling out to her. Kgosi feels forced to continue down a dark road.An unpleasant surprise in the form of a nemesis derails Layla's New Year. Yvonne comes face to face with a twenty year old memory. Kgosi and Kabza's enterprise takes an unpleasant turn. 

Speculation is rampant around the reasons for a surprising return to Quinton's world.  Yvonne admits that her past won't leave her alone. Javas spots a potential opportunity for love. Quinton is convinced his nemesis is out to dupe him. Yvonne makes a reconnection, but not without a struggle. Kabza panics but Kgosi reassures him.
