Halle Berry credits yoga with helping manage her health issues

The Oscar-winning actress takes wellbeing seriously. In addition to sharing regular posts about her fitness regime on Instagram, she recently unveiled a digital health and wellness community app named Re-spin.

The actress has opened up about the one activity she tries to include in her everyday routine - yoga. Halle says her regular sessions have made a difference to the way she controls her Type 1 diabetes.

She has a few simple practices that help her work through and release stress, fear and negativity to be a better parent to her kids and show up in the world from a grounded, balanced place.

But her most helpful stress-relieving practice is her yoga, which she says is a physical form of meditation that allows her to move negative energy out of her body.
