Found in broccoli, kale and spinach, Vitamin A is an antioxidant used to neutralise skin-aging free radicals.

These vitamins are found in meat, nuts and grains and help your skin maintain moisture.

This is another antioxidant found in citrus fruits and tomatoes. Vitamin C assists with collagen production, keeping the skin firm.
