Transgender YouTuber, Hannah Phillips posts videos to help people with gender issues despite receiving death threats from trolls. Now 19, she decided to transition at age 15, and has been sharing her journey and offering support since 2012.

"The bad is outweighed by the good, though. I get messages from people's parents who thank me for helping them to understand what their child is going through, and messages from the trans community, thanking me for being so honest," says Hannah.
