I want to talk to you about personal transformation. When I take a look at my own experience, my life journey from way back in my early 20s – that's a good 30 years ago – I was struggling.

I was struggling with aggression and was very sure I was unlovable. I felt like going upstream and I felt pushed back all the time.

I was desperate and wanted to feel good inside so every achievement and everything I did were desperate attempts to feel okay.
