This scalp tattoo creates the illusion of a buzzcut and will give you your hairline back

Scalp micropigmentation is a nonsurgical hair loss treatment and mimics hair follicles for people with hair loss. Specialists use a microneedle to inject plant-based pigments into the scalp as opposed to traditional tattoo needles which are larger and used with non-organic dye.

This procedure creates an illusion of a buzz cut or more density for people with thinning areas.

It usually takes three sessions to complete and results can last for up to seven years and cost from $1 000 (about R15 000). The procedure is carried out by specialists at U.S. scalp-micropigmentation clinics and some barbershops.
